Since 1973, ElderHelp has provided
social services to San Diego’s
growing population of seniors who
live on fixed incomes, have limited
support and endure the physical limitations
that often come with advanced age—a
combination that limits their ability
to remain independent and living in
their own homes. The simple things
that many of us take for granted—a
safe, clean home, companionship, transportation—can
be the hardest to achieve for frail
seniors.
With a small, dedicated staff and
a corps of over 400 volunteers, ElderHelp
offers an array of programs to assist
seniors and their families with a
wide range of essential activities.
It’s easy! And the best part
is that you will be helping seniors
stay in their homes just by shopping
for groceries!
