Signing up is easy! It just takes a phone call to ElderHelp to initiate a quick questionnaire over the phone. A personal Member Care Coordinator will then make a home visit, confirm eligibility and help create a personalized package. You can click here and send us an email. Make sure to mention the Concierge Club and include a contact phone number. ElderHelp will respond with a phone call within 2 business days.
