Receive free information about Medicare, HMO’s, supplemental insurance or long-term care insurance from trained volunteer counselors of HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program). To schedule an appointment, you must contact HICAP.

Trained volunteers are available to assist you in electronically filing your federal and state tax returns. This service is provided to seniors age 60 or older. February through April at ElderHelp’s main office. Call 619-284-9281 to schedule your appointment.
