What is Information & Referral at ElderHelp?

Information & Referral Assistance (I&R) is unique to ElderHelp and allows seniors to talk with an I&R specialist in person or on the phone. I&R services are conducted by a trained social worker who maintains and disseminates current, accurate information on resources such as affordable housing, medical services, senior services and programming. ElderHelp collaborates with an extensive network of community resources in the region. These collaborations enable our I&R specialists to make referrals to other service providers as well as to our own programs.

When are services available?

Information & Referral is available at ElderHelp on a call-in or appointment basis, Monday through Thursday, 8am to Noon.
