Mark your calendar now for this wonderful gathering of friends and family as we look forward to indulging in fabulous goodies and spreading good cheer. It’s a time to fondly remember the loved ones we have lost and be thankful for those who remain. Presents will be exchanged and festivities will be planned as we think of the gift that we treasure the most…time with our loved ones.
Now imagine spending a holiday without a gift, a warm meal, or family nearby. For many of the seniors we serve, this is a reality. With your support, we will deliver a festive holiday plant with a gift card to more than 400 seniors living in San Diego who are alone and isolated during the holidays. For many, this may be the only visitor and gift they receive all holiday season.
ElderHelp’s Holiday Angels on Saturday, December 3rd is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors who live in our community to ensure that they feel remembered and cherished during the holidays.
Please consider making a contribution to Holiday Angels by Thursday, December 1st to make the holidays special for our seniors. The support we receive in the form of gifts cards goes directly to help our seniors purchase groceries, medications, clothing and basic needs items.
Donations can be made in the following ways:
- Purchase gift cards in increments of $25 (Target, Walmart, MasterCard or Visa gift cards preferred)
- Make a cash donation by mail or online and we will purchase gift cards for seniors on your behalf.
Contributions can be mailed or delivered to:
ElderHelp of San Diego
3860 Calle Fortunada, Ste 101, San Diego, CA 92123
