About the Center
Currently, there are no senior centers within the mid-city area of San Diego yet these older urban neighborhoods are home to one-third of low-income homebound and isolated seniors. The ElderHelp Community Center will fill this void for these seniors and will be a vital addition to ElderHelp’s programs and services. Having concentrated the majority of our past 38 years on perfecting our home-based programs and services, we have realized that a strong center-based program is the logical next step for ElderHelp to be able to provide true wrap-around services to seniors.
