ElderHelp of San Diego is thrilled to announce our organization winning the California’s 2015 Governor’s Volunteering and Service Award for Nonprofit of the Year! The prestigious award is provided by the Office of the Governor and CaliforniaVolunteers, on behalf of the state of California and recognizes an outstanding California nonprofit who has shown an extraordinary ability to leverage volunteers in service to their organization. While many applications of high quality and merit were submitted, ElderHelp of San Diego was ultimately chosen as a result of its service and innovation while addressing the increasing needs of the state of California.
